I am a software engineer by professional with extensive IT practical knowledge of complex systems builds, Web, ERP and Salesforce CRM systems & technical support. I am currently data_systems analyst who is enthusiastic about perfect IT systems put in place with efficient service delivery. Having overseen the Kenya biogas data since 2015 and automation of biogas reporting since then,I have got experience with the data flow, interacted with our service providers,end users and SMEs.

I have been involved with development and deployment of new tools of capturing data on Salesforce CRM system from our SME’s,field teams as well as independent consultants.

I have offered support to biogas programs using Taroworks and the Salesforce CRM system in Zambia, Burkina Faso and Uganda where I have updated their tools and troubleshoot their data collection tools as uniquely requested by each country.

I am also involved with coordination of our independent customer service provider activities where I assign the task to carry on behalf of the program.

I possess skills in data collection, analysis and interpretation. In addition I possess extensive experience in data design & management, data quality assessment and visualization of data

I am a team player, self- driven with good communication, organizational, analytical and presentation skills.
